So yesterday was my official first day of vlogging for YouTube. I still didn’t have enough courage to record myself in public, but I think I did an “ok” job with my first video. I need to get better at the whole editing part. It took me all morning to edit. I’m trying to get a handle on iMovie. That’s what I’m using to edit my videos, and I actually find it user friendly. I would like to get my hands on Final Cut, but the price tag of $300 hurts my wallet. I’ll stick with iMovie for now. If I ever become pro at this editing business, then I’ll circle back to the idea of purchasing it.

Today was a good day overall. I got to meet up with my ex-boss and coworkers for lunch today. It was really nice to catch up on how life after Rabobank has been. Everyone is still jobless, but surviving. Eddie’s enjoying life in Palm Springs with Bill; Patty is relaxing at home; Adriana just living life day by day; and Patricia enjoying her days with her pug babies. I took Aaliyah with me to lunch, so she lit up the room and conversation. She enjoyed getting out of the house too. Of course she wanted a lot of attention while we were having a conversation, but for the most part she was well behaved.

It’s currently 10:27p.m. and I FINALLY was able to get the video uploaded to YouTube! Praise the Lord!! It’s time to celebrate…with a nice long sleep. Well, if I can get to sleep right away. Tomorrow’s a new day…so better make the best of it. Goodnite everyone! (Or good morning, depending on when you read this.)
